MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION AND STRUCTURE
 From the onset, CAD’s founder sought and mobilised highly experienced,
high level professionals to manage the organisation and its
relationships

Mohamed Sheriff

Serving as Executive Director and the founder is Mohamed Sheriff. He has
over 25 years of managerial expertise in Emergency Response, Change
Management, Global Supply Chain & Logistics Management (GSCLM),
Development Management (DM), and Country Program Management (CPM) with
Multi Country Experience (MCE). He has served as Country Director of
Joint Aid Management operations in Angola, Mozambique, and South Sudan
having previously worked in WVI. In 1999 he managed the biggest food
pipeline logistics for ports operations, warehousing and pre-positioning
logistics in Sierra Leone, Liberia, and Guinea Conakry. He was also part
of the WVI GRRT and C-SAFE Consortium teams between 2002 and 2006.

Paul A. Massaquoi

Operations Director

Serving as COO and co-founder is former WVI Operations Director Paul A. Massaquoi who has also worked with other organisations in international development, BBC Media Action and Plan International covering activities nationwide in emergency, relief, advocacy and long term development programming. An alumni of WVI Africa Rapid Response Team (RRT) he chaired World Vision ERDM committee for over a decade, and has also performed diverse consultancy assignments within Sierra Leone for organisations viz. Plan International, NaCOVERC/Chemonics, UNDP, MRU, Oxfam, Mental Health Coalition, Bread for the World/SLADEA and UBUNTU/JAM, and SLAWIJ/InterNews. Through his consultancies and work he has participated in all recent major emergency operations from the civil war through Cholera, Ebola and Mudslide to COVID19.
